Beta Pro access and trial

Available Free Last reviewed: 24 Oct 2026

Time-limited Pro access, such as Beta Pro access, is granted by the team and appears in your account.

What is it for?

Pro features are not only available by purchase. Illumentis has time-limited Pro access, for example Beta Pro access. The Bluegreen Solutions team grants it at its own discretion. You do not trigger it yourself with a button; you see the result in your account.

Beta Pro access unlocks Pro options during the beta and ends for everyone together on a fixed date at release, rather than on its own countdown from the day it was granted. The team decides whether and when access is granted; there is no claim to it.

When access expires, you receive a notification. Your content is kept, and only the Pro options lapse. Existing entries can still be viewed, edited and deleted; creating new ones above the limits is restricted.

How it works

  1. In your account settings, under “Workflow & Studios”, check the status in the “Studio overview”.

What you see afterwards: Time-limited access shows “Trial” with “ends on” and a date.

  2. Check whether access is recorded for you.

What you see afterwards: Without an entry, you see the status of your account without a trial.

  3. Watch for the notification when access expires.

What you see afterwards: It states that your access has expired.

Who can do this?

Only the team grants time-limited access. The app has no button to start it yourself, and there is no claim to it.

Your data

The access is stored as an entry in your account. The grant is recorded in the admin log. Your content is kept regardless of the access.

Limits

Beta Pro access ends for everyone on a shared date. With access as a trial, some limits are not counted as lifted: for books, projects, shares and co-authors, an active subscription is required.

Frequently asked questions

Can I start a trial myself?

No. Only the team grants time-limited access. The app has no button for it.

What happens when it expires?

You fall back to the free tier. Existing projects and content can still be viewed, edited and deleted. Creating new entries above the limits and Pro features are restricted. A notification informs you.
