Who can do this?
All signed-in users see their own studio overview and redeem voucher codes for their account. The status applies to your account; for projects, the owner’s add-on counts.
Studio overview and payment
The studio overview shows the status of your add-ons, plus voucher, subscription management and payment.
What is it for?
In your account settings you find the section “Workflow & Studios”. It contains the studio overview: one row per add-on, that is, Vastitas, with the status “Active”, “Trial” or “Locked”. For a trial, “ends on” with the date follows.
Beta phase note: Buying add-ons is not active for now. You cannot book add-ons at the moment; the free tier Emersio remains available to you unchanged.
Below that, you can redeem a voucher code. It is meant for an add-on that already has a subscription. Illumentis passes the code on to the payment provider and does not decide itself whether it is valid. That is why “Processing…” appears first, and the result comes only after confirmation.
Billing and cancellation run through Cleverbridge in Cologne, which acts as merchant of record and is your contractual partner for payment, invoicing and taxes. Before you pay, an information page explains the switch, and you confirm it deliberately.
How it works

Open your account settings and choose the section “Workflow & Studios”.
What you see afterwards: The “Studio overview” shows the status for each add-on. For a trial, “ends on” with a date appears.

In the form “Redeem voucher code”, select the add-on, enter the “Voucher code” and choose “Redeem”.
What you see afterwards: The page shows “Processing…”. The button is disabled while the field is empty.

Open the studio overview again later.
What you see afterwards: The status is updated as soon as the payment provider has confirmed the code.

If needed, choose “Manage or cancel subscription (at Cleverbridge)”.
What you see afterwards: The customer account at the payment provider opens in a new tab.
Your data
Illumentis stores the add-on status of your account. Payment data is held by the payment provider, not by Illumentis. Illumentis does not check the voucher code itself; it passes it on.
Limits
The link “Manage or cancel subscription” appears only if a management link exists for your account. Vouchers can be redeemed only for an add-on with an existing subscription. Redeeming is rate-limited so that codes cannot be guessed.
Frequently asked questions
What do “Active”, “Trial” and “Locked” mean?
“Active”: the add-on is unlocked on an ongoing basis, for example through a purchase. “Trial”: it is unlocked for a limited time, and the end date is shown next to it. “Locked”: there is no access. Existing content remains usable.
Why does my voucher not show an immediate result?
Illumentis passes the code on to Cleverbridge and does not decide itself whether it is valid. The result appears as soon as the payment provider has confirmed it.
Who is my contractual partner when I pay?
Cleverbridge in Cologne as merchant of record. It handles payment processing, invoicing and tax compliance.
