The project overview shows your books and leads to all of the project’s tools in five area groups.
The project overview shows the project title at the top and five area groups below it: “Books”, “World-building & Characters”, “Analysis & Control”, “Tools” and “Collaboration”. On the left there is a navigation whose width you can change. You create projects on the shelf.
The “Books” group lists the books with chapter, scene and word counts and switches between Active and Trash. The other groups bundle the tools: characters, locations, maps, factions and more, continuity and themes, TODOs, research, canvas, search, export and import, and shares and co-authors.
You arrange the order of the groups by dragging or with Alt+arrow key, and you can reset it to the default order. With “Module settings”, you control which areas are active. You can move the whole project to the trash.

The order of the groups is your personal setting per project and applies only to you. When a project is moved to the trash, all books, chapters, characters and worldbuilding content go with it.
Which tiles are visible depends on the module settings. Deleting affects all content of the project. Take the confirmation prompt seriously and consider a JSON backup beforehand.
Drag a group to a new place or use Alt+arrow key. With “Restore default order”, you reset it. The order applies only to you.
The owner or you have switched areas off in the module settings. The tiles reappear as soon as the area is switched on.
The project goes to the trash with all books, chapters, characters and worldbuilding content. A dialog asks for confirmation first. The trash keeps it available for 30 days.
