Who can do this?
Every signed-in person sees both sections for their own account. The studio overview lists all three studios, even if you have not booked one; it then shows “Locked”.
Worldbuilding and studio settings
The sections “Worldbuilding” and “Workflow & Studios” show list defaults and your studio access.
What is it for?
Two sections of the account settings concern your worldbuilding work and your access. Under “Worldbuilding” you set the default view for worldbuilding lists and turn automatic clustering on the Matrix Board on or off.
Under “Workflow & Studios” you see whether your studio Vastitas is active, in trial or locked. Beta phase note: Buying a studio is not active for now. Emersio is the free foundation and is therefore not in the list. This is also where you redeem a voucher code and find the link to subscription management.
Please note the current state: Illumentis already stores the two settings under “Worldbuilding”, but the lists and the Matrix Board do not read them yet. The interface itself says the default will apply in the future.
How it works
-
Open the account settings and choose the “Worldbuilding” section.
What you see afterwards: You see “Default view for worldbuilding lists” and “Automatic clustering on the Matrix Board”.
-
For the default view, choose “List”, “Grid” or “Cards”, and turn clustering on or off as you like.
What you see afterwards: Illumentis stores your choice in your account.
-
Choose the “Workflow & Studios” section.
What you see afterwards: The “Studio overview” shows “Active”, “Trial” or “Locked” for Vastitas.
-
Under “Redeem voucher code”, choose the add-on, enter the “Voucher code” and choose “Redeem”.
What you see afterwards: “Processing…”; the result only appears once the payment provider has confirmed the code.
Your data
List view and clustering are stored in your account settings and are part of your data access request. Billing and cancellation run through the payment provider Cleverbridge, which is your contract partner. Illumentis shows the link to management only if it has been set up.
Limits
The settings under “Worldbuilding” currently have no visible effect on lists and the Matrix Board. You do not unlock a locked studio here. Vouchers only apply to an add-on with an existing subscription.
Frequently asked questions
Why does nothing change in my lists when I choose a default view?
Illumentis stores the choice, but the lists do not read it yet. The interface announces the default as applying in the future.
Why is there no entry for Emersio in the studio overview?
Emersio is the free foundation and needs no access. For now, the overview shows only Vastitas.
